Your business. In every message.

A better home
for your email.

Give your business a consistent identity with email on your own domain. Our web hosting plans include email accounts, so your website and everyday conversations can live together.

One business. A consistent identity.

Your own domain gives customers a familiar business name wherever the conversation starts.

Your own business identity

Use your domain for individual team members or roles such as sales and enquiries, instead of relying on a personal email address.

Website and email together

Choose a hosting plan with room for the website, files and email accounts your business needs.

A personal helping hand

Ask us about mailbox setup, your preferred email app and the practical steps involved in moving from another provider.

Hosting storage is not a separate storage allowance for every mailbox. We’ll confirm mailbox limits, how email counts towards your account storage and any sending limits before you order.

Keep the conversation going

Moving email?
Let’s plan it properly.

Email is part of your working day. Tell us where your mailboxes are hosted, how much mail you need to keep and which devices your team uses.

Discuss your email move

A clear plan before the move

  • Review existing mailboxes and storage needs
  • Agree which messages and folders need transferring
  • Plan domain mail records and changeover timing
  • Confirm webmail and email app connection settings
  • Check sending and receiving after the move

Migration scope and any additional work are agreed first. Keep access to your existing email service until the transfer and checks are complete.

The details matter

The right setup.
For the way you work.

We’ll help you understand the email setup that fits your business, from daily correspondence to website notifications.

Tell us what you need

Let us know your preferred desktop or mobile app, mailbox sizes and any existing mail problems. We’ll confirm available access methods, spam filtering and domain authentication settings for your service.

If your shop or application sends order notifications, mention that too. Mailing lists and bulk marketing need their own assessment; a business mailbox should not be assumed to include bulk sending.

A little more clarity

Your email questions, answered.

Is email included with web hosting?

Yes. Personal includes 2 email accounts, Premium includes 7 and Enterprise includes 15. Contact us to confirm storage and sending limits for your selected package.

How much storage does each mailbox have?

Mailbox quotas and how email uses your hosting storage need to be confirmed for your selected package. Tell us how much mail your team keeps so we can advise on a suitable plan.

Can I use email on my phone or computer?

Tell us which app and devices you use. We’ll confirm compatibility and the connection settings available with your service before setup.

Can you move my existing email?

We can review your current provider, mailbox sizes and access arrangements, then agree the migration scope and timing. Keep your old service active until the move has been checked.

Can I have email without a website?

Contact us with your requirements. We’ll confirm an appropriate service and quotation; we are not listing a standalone email package here.

Where do I get help with an existing mailbox?

Use the customer support link in your existing customer area for account-specific help.
